Stephen A. Cullinan, M.D. (Retired 2007)

Dr. Cullinan is originally from Pekin, Illinois.
He received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his doctorate in medicine from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
He served his internship and residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, with his advanced clinical training in medical oncology done at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Board certified in internal medicine as well as medical oncology, Dr. Cullinan officially is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, as well as clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of Illinois at Peoria.
A founding member of the practice, he has been a co-author on over 30 medical publications and continues an active interest in clinical practice, teaching, and investigation.
Dr. Cullinan retired in 2007. |
